  • Led teams overseeing 300+ business applications and complex transformations and system integrations.
  • Implemented SAP HCM modules covering Hiring, Onboarding, LMS, TMS, PMS, C&B, ESS, Movement, and Separation for WIPRO Ltd.
  • Spearheaded development and rollout of critical applications across H2R and L2O domains, Project Management software, Travel Management, Transport Management, Seat Utilization, L&D, and COBC.
  • Led migration projects transitioning SharePoint to SharePoint Online and migrating systems to low-code-no-code platforms like PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Orchestrated and program managed the brand refresh and log for Wipro Limited for entire IT infrastructure which involved replacing all templates, documents, applications, hardware logos as per new brand image
  • Led a deal on merger and acquisition of  HR/HRSS applications, created end-to end plan to ensure availability of HR portal and applications on first day of go live as per commitment. Received CEO Leadership award 2019.
  • Program managed application modernization for Wipro  taking Revamp-Retire-Retain approach.  it was a large-scale initiative undertaken by the organization to transform and modernize all existing legacy applications across various functions such as HR, Finance, Quality, Facilities, IT, and more. Its primary goal was to simplify processes, reduce approvals, and enhance user experience.
  • Currently driving digital transformation at Infogain India Pvt. Ltd., focusing on converting web applications to mobile apps and modernizing the applications ecosystem.
